Seeing what the court process can do to separating couples I have restricted my practice to collaborative family law. Working with a team of professionals, I help my clients deal with their separation in a healthy and productive way without going to court. Collaborative practice allows me to create a positive context for settlement and to help my clients negotiate with a view towards the future.
