Rai B. Nandan,FCPA, FCGA, LPA, TEP, CFP, CDFA, ACCA (UK) is licensed to practice public accounting in the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba. Rai is focused in the areas of assurance; not for profit; trusts & estates; and collaborative divorce. He advises and mentors various not for profit boards and has reviewed & edited the taxation chapters of the book, “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Estate Planning in Six Simple Steps for Canadians”.

Rai has presented various seminars for the Certified General Accountants Association, the Ontario Government Business Immigration department and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

He has lectured for Humber, Seneca, and Centennial Colleges, as well as the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario. Rai has appeared on various radio & televisions programs as a guest speaker. He has been a member of various not for profit boards and has served as a member of the Revenue Canada Toronto West Practitioners Consultation Group. Currently Rai is a member of the Professional Conduct Committee for the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.

In his practice, Rai has dealt with many divorce situations involving business owners. His belief is that collaborative divorce would lessen that financial and emotional impact of divorce. 

During his spare time Rai loves to golf, watch car racing and spend time with his family.
