"Collaborative Practice is one of the best alternatives to litigation and what I consider the sterile and adversarial environment of the court system. It offers an interest-based approach to the resolution of issues. Its focus on clients, their perspectives and complete participation in the collaborative process, makes it a practical and realistic avenue towards achieving timely and satisfactory resolution of issues"
