The Collaborative Advtange

James Stengel

I have had the privilege to practice law in Welland for 23 years, extensively in the area of family law. While a significant portion of my practice focuses on litigation, I enjoy the opportunity to work in the collaborative law setting. Collaborative Family Law allows clients to come up with a resolution what works for them and their families, as opposed to having solutions imposed upon them by a stranger on the outside.

When practised effectively, there is no more effective way to resolve a family law conflict than collaborative practice.
