 Deborah Alton is a Family Coach/Psychotherapist at the Reflection Centre, a health and wellness centre in the Barrie/Innisfil area providing individual, couples, adolescent, and family counselling. The Reflection Centre provides a natural therapeutic setting and offers ongoing group process for adults, teens and couples as well as Workshops for Anger/Emotional Management and Relationship Building.
Deborah practiced as an associate at the Yonge-Lawrence Centre of Counselling and Consulting in Toronto for 15 years as well as working with troubled teens through Correctional Services and Youthdale in Toronto. She is passionate about guiding others towards emotional maturity and assisting others to create a "win-win" experience.
