The Collaborative Advtange

Barbara Kristanic

Barbara obtained her law degree

from Osgoode Hall in 2003, and

was called to the Bar in 2004.

Barbara has practiced exclusively

family law since her call to the Bar,

and is a partner in the law firm of

Nathens, Siegel LLP. Barbara is on

the Board of Directors of the

Family Lawyers' Association, and

also presents the Mandatory

Information Session at a family

court.

Though Barbara has extensive

experience representing her clients

in court, Barbara prefers to resolve

matters for her clients on an

amicable basis, and has found

Collaborative Practice to be an

excellent tool in achieving this

goal.

Collaborative Practice helps parties

negotiate the otherwise stressful

process of divorce in a respectful and

co-operative manner. The end result

of such agreements work best for

parties, and their children.
